These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and to enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer support provided in the UAE by Nedervis Foodstuff Trading LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Nedervis Foodstuff Trading LLC is the official and exclusive importer and seller of ANNA Dutch B.V. products in the UAE.
By accessing this website, contacting us, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or accepting delivery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are ordering for a company, restaurant, hotel, event, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
AD Club membership costs AED 650 per year. Submitting the registration form is a membership request, not immediate acceptance or payment. Membership starts only after our team confirms the request and any required payment. Membership renews every 12 months unless you opt out before renewal; contact the UAE team to cancel, update membership details, or ask about renewal. If payment details expire or payment cannot be completed, manual renewal may be required.
Product information, images, tasting notes, origin information, sizes, packaging, prices, availability, and promotional details are provided for general guidance. Caviar is a natural chilled food product, and roe size, colour, texture, flavour profile, and batch characteristics may vary naturally.
An order is not confirmed until we accept it, confirm availability, confirm the delivery details, and, where applicable, receive payment or agree payment terms. We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule an order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, delivery cannot be completed safely, customer information is incomplete, or fulfilling the order would breach applicable law or food-safety requirements.
Prices are normally stated in UAE dirhams unless otherwise indicated. Delivery fees, VAT, special handling charges, event or hospitality requirements, and other costs may be confirmed separately before the order is final. If a price is displayed incorrectly because of an error, we may correct it before accepting the order.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, billing, and recipient information. You must ensure that someone is available to receive chilled products at the agreed delivery time and that the products are refrigerated immediately after receipt.
Our products are sold as premium chilled food items. You must follow the storage, handling, and serving guidance provided with the product or by our team. We are not responsible for quality loss caused by late receipt, incorrect storage, opening the product, temperature abuse, mishandling, or use after the recommended period.
This website and its content are provided for information and ordering support. We do not provide medical, dietary, or allergy advice. Customers are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, suitability, and any dietary restrictions before purchase or consumption.
All website content, copy, design, images, logos, product names, brand assets, and other materials are owned by, licensed to, or used with permission by Nedervis Foodstuff Trading LLC, ANNA Dutch B.V., or their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery, customer unavailability, incorrect information supplied by the customer, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under UAE consumer protection law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts and authorities in Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Last updated: 20 July 2026. For order-specific terms, the confirmed quotation or invoice may include additional details.
Nedervis Foodstuff Trading LLC provides chilled delivery support for ANNA Dutch B.V. products in serviceable areas of the UAE. Delivery availability, timing, and fees depend on stock, address, payment status, order size, public holidays, traffic, and the delivery schedule confirmed by our team.
For eligible confirmed orders, we provide delivery within 12 hours in Dubai. Deliveries outside Dubai to other areas of the UAE are completed within 24 hours. Orders of AED 1,000 and above are eligible for free delivery.
Because caviar is highly temperature-sensitive, each delivery is handled with care. Orders are delivered in a thermal bag with ice packs, designed to keep the product at the correct chilled temperature for several hours during normal delivery conditions.
The thermal bag and ice packs help protect the cold chain during transit, but they are not a substitute for refrigeration. The customer or recipient must place the product in a refrigerator immediately after delivery and keep it refrigerated until serving.
Please provide complete and accurate delivery details, including recipient name, phone or WhatsApp number, building, unit or villa number, area, emirate, and any access instructions. We may contact you before or during delivery to confirm location or handover details.
Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed time. If the recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery, the order may be delayed, returned to us, or rescheduled. Additional delivery fees may apply, and product quality may be affected by failed handover.
At delivery, please inspect the outer bag, packaging, seal, jar, and temperature condition before accepting the order where possible. If there is visible damage, leakage, incorrect product, or a temperature concern, notify the delivery representative immediately and contact us with photos as soon as possible.
Once the product is handed over, responsibility for proper storage passes to the customer or recipient. We cannot accept responsibility for quality issues caused by delayed refrigeration, leaving the product at room temperature, opening the jar, improper handling, or storing it outside recommended conditions.
For gifts, hospitality orders, events, or deliveries with strict timing, please arrange the order in advance. We will do our best to meet requested delivery windows, but exact timing may be affected by route planning, building access, parking, security procedures, weather, traffic, and other operational factors.
If a delivery delay or issue occurs, we will contact you where possible and work toward a reasonable solution, which may include rescheduling, replacement, credit, or another arrangement depending on the facts and product condition.
Last updated: 1 July 2026. Chilled products must be refrigerated immediately after receipt.
Caviar is a chilled perishable food product, so returns are handled carefully to protect food safety, quality, and the cold chain. This Return Policy applies to ANNA Dutch B.V. products sold in the UAE by Nedervis Foodstuff Trading LLC.
We accept return requests for products that are unopened, unused, in their original packaging, and kept under proper refrigerated conditions, subject to inspection and approval by our team. The product, seal, jar, and packaging must not be altered, tampered with, or mishandled.
We also accept return, replacement, or refund review requests where something is wrong with the product or order, including damaged packaging, leakage, an incorrect item, a missing item, a clear quality concern, or another issue that existed at the time of delivery.
If you notice any issue, contact us as soon as possible, ideally immediately at handover and no later than 24 hours (1 day) after delivery. For temperature, quality, leakage, or damage concerns, please provide your order details, delivery time, photos or videos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Do not open, consume, discard, freeze, or transfer the product if you intend to request a return or quality review, unless our team instructs you otherwise. We may need to inspect the product and packaging to understand what happened.
Returns are normally not accepted where the product has been opened, partially consumed, stored incorrectly, left unrefrigerated, damaged after delivery, reported late, or where the concern relates only to natural variation in roe size, colour, texture, or flavour profile.
For approved cases, we may offer a replacement, refund, credit, partial refund, or another suitable resolution depending on the product condition, issue reported, evidence provided, timing, availability, and applicable UAE consumer protection requirements.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Bank, card, or payment-provider processing times are outside our control. Delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, an incorrect item, or a confirmed product issue.
For change-of-mind requests, acceptance is limited because of the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of caviar. Any change-of-mind return must be approved before collection and will only be considered if the product is unopened, undamaged, in original condition, and continuously refrigerated.
This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable UAE law where goods are defective, not as described, unsafe, or otherwise fail to meet required standards.
